Got my Zune and have had it for 3 weeks. read all the material and researched online.

The actual zune device is total badass. I love it! The navigation system is a dream, I love the FM radio function and that you can buy directly off the radio, and I also love how you can customize yoru stuff too.

Here's the kicker

Zune's mandatory PC software was designed by a rat bastage (sorry). I very nearly came to within an inch of tossing the zune in the air and shooting it followed by me committing hari kari after having such a sucky time with the system.

I was able to get, with certain amounts of frustration, my playlists off my ipod and on to the zune. got everything set up and was livin the dream...then I get even more music that i want to add. Zune is not a drag and drop system like ipod and thus as I've figured out and read, YOU CAN NOT ADD A SONG TO YOUR EXISTING PLAYLIST WITHoUT REDOING THE WHOLE DARN THING! I've tried just about every trick in the book including almost using a hack.

I then do this recomended thing called a reverse sync to put the filees from my zune back on my PC for better ease at fixing the problem, well after doing that my zune scattered half my music like dust in the wind and I'll have to go on a safari to find them all again. ( With the ipod I just used the device itself as a hard drive to store and play all my stuff. the Zune WILL NOT act like that)

Personally I find this software completely user unfriendly. I believe in simplicity and "drag and drop programs" you cannot go wrong with those. im giving my Zune one last little shot before I get fed up and resell the thing and either get an Ipod with more memory or an ipod touch.

Again, the Zune itself is a wonderful product, the software is THE TOTAL SUCK.
